How it works:

• Refer someone to Wellspring Centralia Memory Care.

• Have them mention your name when they schedule a tour.

• If they move in and stay for more than 30 days, we’ll send you $2,000.

 

Some Conditions Appy:

• Referral cannot be an existing contact in the Wellspring Centralia Memory Care database.

• Referral cannot have a Medicaid contract and must pay privately.
