Kari Sutherland: Administrator

 

Kari, a Centralia native, began her career in 2013 as a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) in memory care, igniting her passion for dementia care. In 2018, she became an administrator, leading with compassion and expertise. Her exceptional leadership earned her facility the title of Lewis County’s best in 2019 and the Washington State Administrator of the Year award. At Wellspring Centralia Memory Care, Kari fosters a dedicated team, creating a warm, family-like environment where residents receive specialized, compassionate care.

DeNage Cagle: Director of Nursing

 

DeNage brings over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, with a focus on compassionate dementia care. Starting her career in a Geriatric Psychiatric Unit after earning her LPN certification, she has developed expertise in Alzheimer’s care, geriatrics, complex case management, and wound care. At Wellspring Centralia Memory Care, DeNage’s dedication to high-quality, empathetic care ensures residents and their families feel supported, fostering a nurturing, family-like environment.

Erica: Kitchen Manager

 

Erica, a Centralia native, brings extensive experience from working in assisted living facilities and an adult family home, initially as a caregiver and medical technician. Her passion for culinary arts led her to transition into the kitchen, where she now enhances resident well-being at Wellspring Centralia Memory Care through nutritious, dementia-friendly meals. Erica’s compassionate approach and culinary expertise create a nurturing, homelike environment, blending her caregiving roots with her love for cooking.
